These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Dakabet platform (dakabet.app) and its users. By creating an account on dakabet, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

• A national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Keep your account password confidential — sharing it with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• To change your mobile number, please contact support.

Dakabet currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction. The daily total deposit limit may vary depending on your VIP level.

Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after the result of an event has been announced.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Dakabet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• There may be delays in live betting — dakabet is not responsible for bets not being accepted due to network issues.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match simultaneously (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳50. Maximum bet amount varies by game and market.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.

Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), meaning every outcome is independent and never predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is available in the game's information section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dakabet platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or strategic betting solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or using automated bots.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Registering under a false identity or forging verification documents.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

Dakabet reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without reason. In most cases, users will be notified by email prior to closure. In the event of a terms violation, the account may be closed without prior notice.

• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Any verified balance can be withdrawn before account closure.
• Bonus-related balances will be forfeited if the applicable conditions are not met.
• Contact support to reactivate a closed account.
